Pretty disappointed- spent $100 (Christmas gift) on eyelash extensions and asked for 10 length which I’ve often had before from other places and always liked (I don’t like them too long) .... I don’t think she listened at all as when she finished the lashes were way too long and fake. I’ve had to cut them at home with scissors. Generally feel like I wasted my money

I was excited to try this place out as it is 2 minutes down the road from where I live. I originally lived in Sydney and moved a year ago, but I finally tried this place out last week.There were so many beautiful options to choose from, I was so excited but that was the end of it for me. I made a booking and I was still told to wait.. I only had 1.5 hours to do SNS + shellac on my real nails + one acrylic tip & just painting shellac on my feet. I didn't get a manicure nor did I get a pedicure.. I was charged $90. I was so shocked. The quality was horrifying. Absolutely HORRIBLE. most of my nails are all bumpy as if they had 10 coats over them, they weren't painted properly at all especially on the edges. If I had to pay $90 but the quality was good.. I'd be more than willing to. Frjends and family have commented on how ugly my nails are. I'm not coming back here again, even if it only takes me 2 minutes to drive down the road.

Not very happy. Went for shellac manicure which reads $45.00. To be told after the service it somehow went to $55.00. I feel quite annoyed. I won't go back again or recommend them to anyone at all

One of my best mani & pedi experiences so far. Staffs are attentive, friendly and very gentle on my damaged nails. They are short too so extensions on mine don’t usually go over 1 week without flipping but at Elan they lasted so long. I would go back again and bring my fam here :)

Pretty much WORST manicure pedicure I have EVER had, if it would let me put zero stars i would. The nail technician was rough, abrasive, dismissive and was rushing and being completely sloppy. During the mani- pedi she filed my nails (that i have been trying to grow) so short without asking me first, and her filing technique was rough, and the finish was awful. A toddler could do a better job. I will never go here again. Ever.

First time, last time. Worst manicure I have ever had. Went in with long nails that I had taken extra care of for wedding and they were butchered. Each nail on one hand is a different shape.Sad as they seemed nice but try somewhere else

I have been going to Elan for about 8 months now. The staff are lovely, and they do a fantastic job every time. I always get compliments on my nails since going to them. They have a wide range of colour choices, and are fast and efficient. I Would recommend to anyone wanting great service, in a timely manner.

They are simply the best. All the staff are helpful and friendly and they listen to your needs. I go there for all my nail work (acrylic and pedicure) and spray tan too. Very professional and highly recommended.

This salon is just amazing. My nails are still in place/on, way after my wedding in November, its January in two days! They also put on this amazing shimmer glass lacquer, I'm not sure what its called, and rose gold for my wedding. Very sweet girls in the salon as well. Next time I'm back that way I'm calling in.

Elan Salon is by far one of the best salons i've ever been too! Amazing staff, who take time and pride in their work! I get my nails and eyelashes done and i've never been disappointed. You can make an appointment or walk in and they will always be honest and say yes or come back if there very busy. The staff are lovely and liz is one of a kind she has been doing both my nails and lashes for a year and a half, she's always making me feel and look beautiful! I 100% recommend Elan Salon to everyone! Thank you for yet another amazing service.
