I don't understand the negative reviews - staff were super nice, have to thank Annabelle especially who was so friendly to me at the counter. Seems like most people are complaining about the price / sizing of the clothes which isn't the store's issue itself - try reaching out to the CEO then lol.

Originally, I was afraid of visiting due to the other reviewers saying that they received terrible customer service. Whilst that is true, there were also some awesome employees who made this experience much better.Came on a Sunday afternoon, so it was relatively busy and there were no bag checks for me as there had unfortunelty been for other shoppers I see in the previous reviews.Most of the employees were friendly, especially the ones at the cashier. They had a smile on their face, willing to help, patient and kind. I was really pleased with this.However, my issue was with one of the changing room attendees. She was originally extremely pleasant and nice to me, saying that I could call her for help and was kind in allocating me a change room. However, after the second time I used the change room and went to pass the label with the number of clothing articles they assign you with, I was completely ignored. She appeared to be more engaged in a conversation with a co-worker so I thought maybe she didn’t see me. Unfortunelty , a Caucasian girl went up to her and was greeted pleasantly and was asked how she found the clothes, etc. But for me, when she saw me, she simply snatched the label and didn’t ask me if I needed further help, which was quite disappointing. For context, I am not Caucasian, I am of Asian descent. As I see on the previous reviews, there may be a race issue here at Brandy. I must add that there isn’t much diversity amount at staff members; they were all Caucasian, and there’s no problem with this, but it does become a problem when other races feel that they aren’t receiving the same level of high quality service :(Overall, I’d recommend coming here but be cautious that you may experience some poor customer service w

cutest clothes, sizes are ridiculous and none of them fit you, makes you feel horrible about yourself. staff were snarky, you feel like youre being judged the whole time. lol

I would like to state all the other reviews are not true, the employees are not rude. I am not the demographic for brandy Melville but the employees were nice. They were helpful and patient. Would go again, disappointing they only have one size but that’s the brands fault not the stores itself.

First off one size does not in any shape or form fit all. Last time I went I was 12. 12!!! And the clothes hardly fit me. Dissapointed. Please add more sizes! I would also like to see some different cultured people working in the store, other than skinny white blondes. And lastly, fix you attitudes. Period.

Website and google clearly says the store is open until 9pm on Thursday. My wife and I travelled to Bondi Junction just to shop here but were told the store does not have enough staff to stay open after 6pm. Really disappointing experience… there were at least 4-5 staff still inside, yet none of them can keep the store open? There weren’t any signs at all, just confusing and waste of time. Every other store in Westfield remained open for shopping night during holiday season.

I’ve been shopping at BM many times. I have to say I don’t feel anything wrong with the staff there. They are helpful and friendly to me. I saw bag checking happened to others but that’s mainly because of all the clothes has no security tags. It never happened to me because I always shop with my wallet on chain…Very good quality and comfy material comparing to other fast fashion brands. Good price too.
