I rang the store for a particular product and the staff member was able to quickly interpret my needs for a price of technology and out the item aside. I then came into the shop and the same team member was polite, friendly and happy for a chat. Was a good experience which I don't see often these days. Good stuff!!

Great customer service. Didn't have to wait too long for product to come in. All the salespersons I came in contact with were very helpfull and friendly. It was nice to go into a store and salespeople actually wanted to help you.

I came into The new Nowra store today and had the pleasure of being served by James (although I did hear someone call him Jimmy) James went over and beyond to assist my Adult daughter and I with purchasing noise cancelling headphones and a recharge station. James was extremely patient and courteous throughout our entire encounter. We never felt rushed or pressured. My adult daughter is on the Autism Spectrum and has ADHD and James handled her and her 50 million questions with great ease. His knowledge of product was incredible, which was very much appreciated by both of us. We will definitely be back. Thank you James, you made our visit to the new store a breeze
