Went to the crown store Tuesday for a suit… Rachel went out of her way to help me with everything and with four kids nothing was to hard! Cannot talk highly enough of Rachel’s customer service, second to none.

A fantastic shopping experience! Cosy vibes inside the store along with amazing customer team. I would like to mention Elaine specifically. She knows how to treat clients in a friendly and professional manner with tact and respect.

I was made to feel like I was not permitted in the store !!! I was made to feel like an intruder for entering the store., when I actually really wanted to purchase a few items for my partner I decided not to due to the rudeness and arrogant staff members ...

A great shopping experience in Melbourne's crown casino. Since I was buying gifts for my family, I was worried about the size. The assistant Alexis is very patient and experienced, helping to choose the right style and size. The family loved it and it fit perfectly. Thank you very much!

I bought a jumper from the Chadstone store at full price and went to Crown to exchange the size. By the time I got there they sold out of the size I needed so I asked for a credit note and they said only the store I bought it from can issue me a credit note. I then asked them if they could tell me what stores had the size I needed and they said Collin Street had it but to organise a transfer I need to go back to my original store. You’re telling me that I paid $280 for a jumper and I can’t exchange it for a credit note or organise a store transfer without going back to the store I got it from?Pretty sure you’re a global brand with stores around the world who can facilitate transactions outside of your store. This is just lazy.

Called Boss crown store around 11:45 on 14/06/2023 and the sales person picked up the phone was extremely rude. I understand their system is down and can’t check stock availability but I asked her if she can write down the style code and check it later when the system is back and running and call me back to update me. She refused to do so. She hung up the phone while I was still talking and asking her name. I called back few times straight after and no one picked up the phone!!!! Extremely terrible experience!!! If I can rate 0 star I would do so!!!!

Hugo Boss has always looked after us , and their clothes fit my wife perfectly...the staff here are absolutely fantastic , especially Telly , one of the Managers. Always take care of us and make us feel so welcome..Love it
