Beware, This is a substandard service. Our phones are not working again today - all day and no help from Switchnode. They say that people calling from a Telstra phones cannot call us. This service is not remotely to business standard. Internet is very slow, max speed is currently 4.0 mpbs down, and that is typical. The best has been 14.0, yet we have 90.0 on the NBN at home. I have tried to work with Rusty & Tyler but with no resolution. I will be reporting this service to the telecommunications ombudsman and Optus in the hope that their licence agreement is revoked to protect consumers.

My home internet was very slow and when it rained, it would go too slow to do anything at all. Switchnode set up a wireless internet connection for us and it runs fast enough to watch Netflix and Spotify now and the connection is good across my whole house!They gave us great service, explained everything along the way and it was actually fun to experience it. After many years of ridiculously slow and drop out internet/landline we were going to cancel both of them all together but we decided- after Rusty explained patiently to a very non technical person- to give Swithnode a try and haven't looked back. I can now work from home and we now stream Netflix for the first time ever and Rusty also put in a booster for our mobile service and we can now make calls from inside the house- unheard of before!!! In fact it was such a success we have cancelled our landline and internet at work and use Switchnode exclusively for both home and business for all our phone and internet and even our alarm systems. Switchnode's support service is on point as well. Very happy all around and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Switchnode has been one of the highlights of my year so far. After struggling with an average speed of 5Mbps for the past 3 years, I am so happy we found Rusty and his awesome internet - We now average 55Mbps with peaks of 142Mbps, WOW!The personalised service and ease of use with the Switchnode system, sets it apart from the majors in only the best ways.I can't wait to see further product developments from Switchnode, as this product is a home run. I decided to use Switchnode for my business not knowing what it would be like. I've been surprised by the professionalism and support I've received from Tyler and the team. Our internet is really fast with no dropouts and our phones are working great. Whenever I've had problems they've fixed them straight away - and they actually answer their phone, Thanks team!

Rusty at switchnode saved my sanity and my business. We were on ADSL - it was slow and painful. Now my internet is fast, my phones work and i have saved time and money in my business. NBN is now on in my street but i would NOT change. These guys are just fantastic and nothing is too difficult. Highly recommend them.
