Went there at 1am on Sat night and ordered a meal and had to wait for more than 30 minutes until I could make the payment with no way of backing out and then only to be served with a coke which tasted blandly like it only has a bit of coke mixed with water. I asked for a replacement which tasted the same. I could see in full view rubbish all over the floor where the staff are serving. The boy admitted there's a shortage of staff. Definitely Hungry jack needs fixing.

Please avoid going to this hungry jacks, there is always an issue they come up with, this time is they only have the chicken burger, and NO BEEF, might has well close down or change of management needed. Don't waste your time.

Really poor packing, my drink pour out of the burger... and the fries so soft because the drink spills out to the chip. Need to improve packing. Never order this before

Just about same as every other franchise fast food place. Staff team were all quite young and overall friendly. Service was quite fast too. Though I wish the staff would clean the dirty tables a bit more frequently.

Easy parking off busy King Georges Rd heading south. Quick service, friendly staff, clean premises and the coffees were surprisingly good along with the fresh burgers. Some franchises get it right.

Worst hungry jacks I’ve ever been to. Had a young team on that swears at each other constantly. If there were any managers on shift they don’t seem to care. More interested in having fun with their friends than giving any form of customer service.

Very visible lack of training, guidance and direction for the staff. No one knows what they’re doing and everything moves at a snails place.Management clearly need to have a serious look at themselves and visit some other fast food locations to learn.

I have ordered from here 5 times on Uber Eats3 times the drink spilled over my food1 time it turned up finelast time I ordered a bottle of water with my meal so it couldn't spill
