Michael, mandy (and greg) were fantastic at helping me settle on and then install!... the best wood heater for me. And to replace a very tired, old open fireplace in old mtn cottage! Their expertise and practical advice was very reassuring...AND they def went the extra mile to get us feeling comfortable with safe operation of same. I highly recommend the team at the living space" blackheath."
