*** NEVER PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS INADVANCE ****Dishonest and unprofessional, never provide your credit card details to them. I called them and explained my situation and even I provided brand and the model of my fridge. They never told me they do only commercial fridges.Technician showed up told me he can do nothing!another day they sent me an invoice for $230 and since they already had my credit card number I had to pay.They knew there nothing that they can do for us but still preferred to think about themselves only in this hard days!avoid them if you do not want to pay for nothing.

Rude accounts staff, phone manner is terrible, worked with and for many people who used trent in the last 20 years but while at a friend's shop helping out I answered the phone, the lady not only lied to me by threatening telling me she's called numerous times and emailed and messages but my mate advises that he spoke with her and not one issue so will never use trent again, will seek a local fridge mechenic for our fridges now. Good job.
