Just a word of warning - don’t come here after 4PM! I came in around 4:30PM as it’s hard to come in here with the limited opening hours.From the moment I walked in there was no help offered - just a stare from the lady working there who started closing the blinds in the room. Made me feel very unwelcoming.A smile or just an ask if I need help would have gone a long way.Would rather pay for another brand - very unwelcoming vibe from here.

Friendly & helpful staff who enjoy their jobs. Some very good bargains and if they don'thave exactly the model you want, they'll undertake to call you when it comes in. Better discounting here than the shops ever offer. Delivery or pickup available. Credit cards OK. Easy access from Eastlink. Bit tight for reversing a trailer, but still dooable.

Amanda!!!!! What a nasty rude person you are! I have never ever been treated with so much disrespect in all my years. How you are actually employed to work within public sector baffles me, I was told you would hold my dishwasher, then when I arrived you rudely demanded an invoice, you then accused me of looking at your notes on your notepad!!!!!!!! Why I’d be interested in your scribble is beyond me. I left the store in absolute shock! U obviously need lots of training to learn how to be respectful. Worst experience ever.

Fantastic service from the great team at the outlet centre. So many great deals and the staff are always so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the products.

Called the centre and was directed to a VM asking to send an email.Sent an email asking for availability of specific dryer model with no response from Miele. Follow up email 5 days later was also ignored.Not sure how they justify a premium price when such bad service. Will take my business elsewhere (Bosch).

What a great bunch at the Miele outlet very friendly and helpful and really know their products thanks for the great service over the last 10 years you’re always my first choice when recommending to someone where to get a new machine from.

I bought a Miele B grade washing machine (WWG 660) from the clearance centre and had it delivered by Miele delivery service. Once it was delivered and installed I found out the touch screen is not responding and can't start the machine. After wasting more than an hour on the phone, I was able to get hold of the tech support. They have made a booking to attend a tech however the date given is two weeks away.This is very frustrating as I don't have another washer to do my laundry and now I have to go to the laundromat a few times a week. I was informed all the items are thoroughly inspected and free of faults, so I was confident about the product. Wish I had never purchased from the clearance centre.Edit : Miele reached out and replaced the washing machine. Gave me some detergent liquids for free also re reimbursed my laundry receipts during that time. Alex (Tech lead) himself checked the machine and updated me the throughout when the replacement was being processed. Really appreciate his assistance and overall experience. Thanks!

We was chasing a special Miele cookbook that was misplaced and as it turned out was impossible for us to find anywhere. Amanda answered the phone and later saved the day by finding this elusive book and provided us with a replacement. Excellent service and very obliging.

Great experience and thanks specifically to Amanda. You are always so helpful and knowledgable. I have visited the store about 5-6 times now and each time Amanda's service is of a high standard. I get Miele products at a discounted price but I also get quality product advice as well design advice and considerations you have give me. You go over and above.
