4 stars for food.Small fresh bakery, jams, cakes, and the usual pastries, people look for today.Display shelf in window draws you in, because it looks so delicious & homely and fresh.GF fange is limited, only some cakes, no bread.Bread looked good.Service okay, not super helpful, or eager to engage with customer if you ask too many questions.We enjoyed our pumpkin & walnut tart, cake, & muffin.

All the food is made in-house and is a delicious treat. The mushroom tart and fruit tarts were made perfectly with a firm but light buttery crust. A delightful time to enjoy great food.

Nice food. Would have been better if there’re more tables for dine in.

Oh my goodness the basque cheesecake is incredible - my only complaint is that I don't live close enough! Lovely staff and very tasty take home meals - butter chicken is my fave - that feel wholesome and home-made.

We usually do takeout coffees with our coworkers. I would advise to only come here if you’re not rushing to go elsewhere. They don’t have tons of staffs to support the store when it gets busy. Good coffee and pastries. Love their brownies and quiches.

tl;dr decent products, not as decent staffWe wandered in here and were very enthusiastic about buying a few different products. The staff wasn’t very welcoming, in fact, it felt like they didn’t want us to be there.In addition, they charged us the incorrect amount, which isn’t a huge deal. But when we returned home, we didn’t have the correct quantity of items that we clearly ordered. I’m not sure if they charged us and forgot or just forgot as they didn’t give us a receipt and have no phone number we could call.The whole experience with the staff was quite weird. I guess it isn’t nice to feel like an intruder when you’re shopping in a store.We bought a premade lasagna that we heated up in the oven that night that was pretty good. Needed more sauce, but still enjoyable.The desserts, not so much. The cake we bought was very dry. Either it was sitting out for days or just wasn’t made well. The cheesecake tasted too much like cottage cheese for me, but that may just be a personal thing.Honestly, I would’ve returned if it wasn’t for the off putting staff who also made multiple mistakes on our visit. A strange experience overall, but at least we got some good lasagna out of it.
