From my initial enquiry to delivery, the purchase of my reformer was an example of the best customer service one could experience.Charlie assisted me in selecting a model that would best suit me and arranged transport.Delivery was 10 days from when I pressed go and this included 4 days over Easter, which is very impressive considering I live in regional WA.The delivery company were great, calling me just before arrival, arrived at the time they said they would and the driver was very friendly.The set up was so simple, I had my reformer unpacked and doing my first exercise on it in no time.The reformer itself is of a very high quality and has a very smooth operation.I have no hesitation recommending Pilates Direct to anyone looking for an amazing reformer.

My wife and I recently retired and we decided to buy a Pilates reformer as an investment in our future health. My wife attends a Pilates studio but with CoVid lockdowns was not able to benefit from a continuous program. She liked the reformers at the studio so we bought the same one – a Pioneer PP-03.Pilates Direct made the purchase very easy and straight forward. The reformer arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.Charlie was extremely helpful answering my questions regarding the foot strap by including explanatory photographs. He even sent me YouTube videos to help me get started with a beginner program while our Pilates studio is still closed. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had.In summary an excellent product supported by excellent customer service!

I bought the PP-07 portable reformer. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and I am so happy with the product. The service I received from Pilates direct was exceptional, using the chat function on the website to speak to the staff and get advice of which reformer to purchase, to the communication after the purchase has been fantastic.
