I filled out patient registration forms, tried to upload them to the clinic, upload would not work, told to ring clinic. Receptionist of 2 days on the job stated. oh well we need those forms or we will not see you. Got told I was rude. I'm suffering with Covid 19 and need anti viral meds further action will be taken."

They said they were bulk billing for disability pensioners with an initial fee of $30 and then tried to charge me $59 for the first appointment. Might have been worth coughing up as they are close to home. They refused to refund the $30 cancellation fee when I disputed the additional $29 fee, which wasn't mentioned during the checkout process on mobile. When I disputed that she chucked me out rather than read the text she had sent me which only mentioned the $30 fee. Didn't have $60 in the bank. Management are quite dehumanizing. Interrupting her was labelled as aggressive after that accusations I was very careful with my tone and she was the one that spoke rather loudly and aggressively to me. She said she would call me back and didn't.

I have been seeing Dr Shilpa for a few years and could not be happier with her service. She follows everything up for me and ensures I seek further advise until we reach the answer, unlike usual GPs who would do a few tests then dismiss as nothing is obvious. Very happy with the team here. Thankyou Team

I recently had the worst GP experience of my life at this clinic. If you would like to be treated like and spoken to as a child, and do not require empathy and understanding, this is the place for you.In a separate incident, my daughter's fractured wrist was 'definitely not broken' according to the GP there we used to use. Two weeks later another GP from another clinic immediately referred for xrays and she was in a cast that afternoon.If you have another option for medical care, use it.

I regularly see Dr Shilpa Chegu who is knowledge, professional and has empathy for her patients. Since seeing her my conditions have been managed and well controlled reducing my stress levels and vastly improving my quality of life. I have seen Dr Anthony Brown a few times when Dr Chegu has been unavailable, he is also very knowledgeaable, professional and caring. Yes there can occasionally be a wait but that can happen with good doctors who spend the time with a patient in need rather than rushing them through. Great doctors and lovely staff.

Had an MRI requested through MEMC and once results were in, MEMC have refused to send through my results to my physio, insisting that I needed to discuss the results with my GP instead.Apparently my results don't belong to me, and so when I request that they're sent through to my treating physio, who will actually be doing the treatment, that cant be completed. Turns out the physio can just call for the results directly with the imager, so an utter waste of time from MEMC.

Exceptionally rude receptionist and office manager. Disgusting behaviour and customer experience. Makes me wonder why such awful women are in customer service: I implore every one to steer clear. It doesn’t look like they are upholding their Hippocratic oath. I needed to see a doctor and even though I was wearing a mask - when they couldn’t understand me I lifted it to communicate and got told off in a rude manner, and when my nose was itchy the office manager came out and rudely told me to keep it fully on or get out. Absolutely disgusting.

Attended with my daughter, who had been hit in the head with a rock, clinic receptionist refused to have her seen as they were “all booked out” and don’t do walk ins??? There is a sign on the front of the building that states “walk ins welcome”. I explained that it was a minor with a head injury and the receptionist said well we are booked out. Terrible customer service and even worse medical triage practice failing the sworn oath of doctors to follow duty of care. Don’t go here if it is a significant complaint. But if you sneeze and make an appointment you’ll be fine… maybe

I have read a number of negative reviews of this clinic and am left wondering if the reviewers are referring to the same place my wife and I have been attending since it opened.We have had noting but positive experiences with the medical professionals since day one, including an instance where, without Dr K's intervention and twice-weekly treatment of my infection, would quite possibly have cost me my leg.For those who complain of long wait times, conveyor belt medicine is not practiced here and the time you are waiting means the patient before you is receiving the appropriate level of care their condition requires.I really believe one is getting the best here.Just be (a good) patient!

Dr. Manan Chadha is extremely thorough, very professional and always shows interest and empathy. So why, after pointing this out on a number of occasions, can I not make an appointment, on line, to see my doctor. It is very, very frustrating and to the point of idiocy as the online process, one assumes, is designed to streamline appointment bookings and lessen stress on the phone booking system, receptionist etc.
