Intended to have lunch and charge my Tesla, but I was told it's out of order ...the only destination charger in Lakes Entrance, very disappointed

Extremely unhelpful management team. Was stranded here on Xmas day with low charge in my car and was not permitted to use charger due to not staying in motel. Show some compassion...

This charger strictly for customers only, they kept it poweroff from back. We offered $$ to let us charge but he doesn’t agree.

We had lunch at the bistro and then went for a walk. The charger cut off after 80kms added with no warning or notification
