Extremely pleasant and professional .In our journey to find our first abode in This beautiful part of Australia we were adopted by Josh at Purcell. And boy was it a ride! The first week every property we viewed with him … he would forget the keys !one day it literally happened 3 times in a row … we messaged him not to forget the keys …..That really made us wonder if we should be involving him in one of the biggest decisions we were to take. His honesty and transparency about each situation totally turned that around into … if something is wrong he will tell us without any sugarcoating .He bent backwards to accomodate us every time we wanted to view something it didn’t matter what time what day or how short a notice I gave him .He never judged us on our affordability or wanting to view things that may potentially be out of reach instead always had that upsell attitude without the salesperson ness that drives one away.We almost felt bad that we didn’t buy our house through him after all that effort he put in with us but hey this is not the only one we will buy and then when it’s time to sell this I know who can get me a bigger buck for it.We invited him over for a drink just before we moved in and guess what ? Wouldn't expect anything if you're a buyer. Couldn't get Brendan to even call us back when we had questions. Basically went AWOL after we had put in an offer. Shouldn't be surprised, classic Real Estate agent behavior.
