Service is absolutely terrible.Bought machine in 2021 needed special parts, which were paid for but never supplied, asked for a refund then total silence.Recently requested a service on the compressor, after 3 weeks still waiting for a response despite numerous emails.

I ordered a Compressor switch online with these people. I had already replaced the switch with a supplier from Ebay. It failed so I decided to go to an Aussie business that specialises in Air Compressor parts - I paid a bit more but well worth it. Delivery was prompt and the part appears good quality.......many thanks

These guys are great - easy web ordering service, reasonable prices and the delivery was exceedingly fast, the parts arrived less than 24 hrs after placing the order.

In summary they provided very little in service and took a lot in payment. If you need a generator serviced I highly recommend Allight after my experience with CAPS don't use them.It was the first time I have tried using CAPS, I look after a number of backup generators and thought I'd tried them out as a friend works there in a separate section. I asked for an annual service on a 275KVA backup generator, it hasd 341 hrs since new and is about 20years old, an oil change and oil sample before it gets changed. They attended site for 1.5hrs travel to the site from their office is 15min one way 15km. I get an invoice for 3.5hours, and 30 units of travel. Plus filters oil, coolant, fuel and air filter and 3 sample tests. I questioned the labour amount and they said that they are a business and need to make money and have to cover the cost of the service tech disposing of the filters in the bin.So apparentally they drive to a job drive back to the office and spend an hour putting filters in the bin. And then I get a report that recommends I change the oil and that the air filters are the wrong size and they need to go back. and Change them. So they ask me if I want the oil changed and I said yes I wanted it changed the first time. And I get charged a futher 2.8hrs and and another travel. They have since changed that down to 1.6hrs and just the one travel. And I have a confusing report that list every event that happended on site, which is not really suit able to sned on to my customer.I just wanted one phone call, a normal annual service, oil change, a nice checklist of what was done, that I can forward on to my client. I stumbled across All Compressor Parts by chance whilst searching out a regulator of particular specs. The price was so good that I looked no further, and delivery was incredibly fast. I'll definitely look to this business again for future purchases of pneumatic gear.
