Nice store, absolutely no men's jewelry, and most products are cheap, poorer quality. Amongst this are some really nice pieces tho, add men's jewelry and easy 4 stars

the staff and horrible and rude. if you simply drop your phone you will be told to leave the store and hand over anything you’re looking at. they have no respect and just assume you’re stealing. no help with anything they will just kick you out for no reason. this is a horrible store. the staff are disrespectful and have absolutely no respect for anyone or anything.

We bought earrings for our child with the conversion because they dont have earing holes. When we tried to exchange them with the receipt however we were told that they dont return earnings as they could have been used. When we explained they couldn't be used because there are no earing holes I was told that I could be lying. Seriously Do you even know what customer service is?? Buyer beware!!
