Appalling customer service - do not recommend hair salon. When followed up to see what actual colour was used in my hair, I was met with resistance and a 'to hard' a task attitude from the girl over the phone to follow through and find out for me. Totally unacceptable.

Eyebrows not done well. The lady want interested. She wanted to serve another customer. Looked like she had double booked. Didn't even do finishing off my eyebrows. It was a bad experience. I had gone there over 2 years ago, and a lady had served me really well. She was also very meticulous, but this lady was pretty bad.

Hope’s been doing my hair for years and I always leave feeling amazing and so happy with the result. Teeze does amazing blonde and the whole team are such a lovely and friendly bunch of people. Highly recommend!

Extremely painful experience as my hair was tugged and pulled mercilessly after I requested a treatment to condition my hair.Going to the hairdresser is supposed to be and enjoyable experience mine was the opposites

Long time coming review-Have been here a few times now and have seen 3 different girls for both cut and colour. All 3 girls were AMAZING.
