Unhelpful, poor customer service. I wanted to place an order for a landscaping job I was doing & requested he contact the owner for payment which he refused to do said owner had to contact him. Fortunately Parklea sand and soil had no issue with making that call to owner for payment, will always use Parklea sand and soil from now on

Went In to enquire about railway sleepers. Mark who served us was extremely rude over the phone and in person. Was not interested in explaining the difference in qualities or showing us where things were. Won't be coming back again.

Have used these guys plenty of times. Delivery is always prompt and the drivers are usually very accommodating as i have a difficult sloping block. However, at times some of the soil mixes can be very dry and water repellent .

Ordered firewood and it was delivered soaking wet. Called to ask why and they advised their wood is left out in the rain and not covered. Two weeks later and the wood still doesn’t burn properly… Winter will be over by the time it dries. Will never purchase here again.

To date I have always gone there to pick up, have not ordered delivery. If you know what you want the process is simple - go in, pay, park where you're told and the earthmover will load your ute. I have never had to spend more than ten minutes there. No worries.

WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.Had issues because of rain having the soil delivered where I needed it to. The truck driver was very good about it, but bogging was going to be an issue. Rang the office at South Windsor and spoke with the Boss who was rude and very unhelpful. Didn't want to discuss rescheduling or helping in anyway and tried to make out he was doing me a favour by delivering and it cost him money. The rudest most belligerent person I have dealt with in a long time.

Poor Customer ServiceI’m a 60+ female, bought 6 x 20kg bags of pebbles, there were no other customers in the yard and no offer of assistance in getting the bags into my vehicle. Overall poor customer service and won’t be going back again EVER.
