This hidden gem makes the best bread in Hobart....Real Bread! Traditional Bread. Though this is just the bakery, not a café, their bread etc is also sold at various places around Hobart, such as the Pigeon Hole and Hill Street Store. Since another popular Hobart bakery has moved away from making real bread, replaced by pre-mix, I have been regularly buying my bread here and can't recommend it highly enough. It's sad to think that the majority of people nowadays wouldn't even know what real bread is! So do yourself a favour and try some today!!

Rather than make her own this year, my Mum sent me one of R.T Fish Bakerys' traditional Christmas cakes.Apart from her own, (that she has been making for over 60 years), it was the best Christmas cake I've ever had.
