Receptionists are rude. I arrived to them gossiping and even though they saw me, I was the only person in the line they ignored me. Eventually I sat down only to have her holler “can I help you!, I wouldn't sit down before checking in, no one will know you are here” rude unprofessional and no customer service skills. I would terminate both those receptionists immediately. Ladies take a notice of why people are there. They are feeling vulnerable. One day it will be you and some rude receptionists will insult and disrespect you, but then it’s too late. At least you feel ashamed.

very rude and flippant radiographer (lady with dark skin). when my partner wanted to come in with me for support, she asked if He was just going to wait there as he is in the way even though he was just being polite by waiting to see if it was ok for him to come in. when I wanted to hear the thoughts of my partner on a further test, she rudely interrupted us by saying that his opinion was irrelevant. she was rough with shoving this paper material just above my pants. it ruined the whole experience for us. i would highly recommend to avoid this lady unless you want a thoroughly rude and unprofessional experience.

Easy to find. Parking , definitely not enough spots available and going around the block 3 or 4 times to find a spot to park, even though we had a disability sticker. Otherwise the staff friendly & patient, as my father speaks very little English. Overall, pleasant experience.

I had to come here for an mri of my foot and staff that done the scan were so rude and nasty! I suffer from bad anxiety and rang prior and asked if I could bring a support person to the appointment and they said yes but once I was called they wouldn't let my friend in and I had to beg/argue for 15mins for them to let her in which staff replied what are you a baby!? I was then shaking during the scan due to anxiety and the staff continued to have a go at me calling me a baby for having anxiety and told me to man up! This was the worst thing I've ever had to experience and will avoid having to go back at all costs

I came in for an MRI scan on the 29/06/23 I’m severely claustrophobic, my technician Daniel was absolutely amazing , I had some Valium on board and even though still nervous , I began to feel drowsy and sleepy. Daniel spoke to me regularly throughout the process and I really really appreciated it. I came back in for another MRI only this time the scan was on my brain , however the Valium didn’t kick in at all. I tried a couple of times to stay in the MRI machine but had a panic attack. Daniel the technician told me I didn’t have to do anything I didn’t want to and perhaps it’s best to get a stronger sedation and come back again in a few weeks. I felt bad , however Daniel and the receptionists were beyond amazing and kept telling me I had nothing to be sorry for. I’ve had a MRI before and I had no sedation a panic attack and this was not with IRG I was met with hostility and a lack of understanding from this company. I would just like to say a massive thank you to Daniel and the staff on both occasions for making me feel welcome , calm and safe and also putting my fears at ease during the first scan, I’ve rebooked my brain scan for the 11/06/23 and know the team will be great again. Staff are amazing and Very polite. I rang for appointment and they gave me one for a weeks time at wollongong. They said if there are any cancellations we will call you. They called and managed to get my appointment moved 3 days forward. When I got there staff were quick to come. The gentleman who did my foot MRI offered me a blanket before we started so I wouldn’t get cold. Explained procedure too me as I had never had an MRI giving me a rough estimate for timing of how long procedure would take. Reception staff were friendly, quick and polite. Facility set out well to cooperate with COVID spacing restrictions. I Would highly recommend this facility for imaging. First time visit, worth the trip from Sydney, customer service so much better. Not much waiting time involved either.

I came here for an early pregnancy dating scan. Unfortunately after 8 weeks scan there was no foetal heartbeat, but the upsetting thing was the insensitive and callous way this news was delivered, I really felt like they didn't care and I was just a number.

I’ve unfortunately had a few scans done here in the past months….. always on time, efficient and pretty much everyone is extremely friendly.

I had my MRI done at IRG Wollongong and Teresa, radiology technician, was absolutely amazing. Very professional, polite but also very kind and caring.
