I was very pleased with the work that was done. The dealer wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for work that I didn't even need. Glen was very honest and reasonably priced . He even found a part that the dealership left sitting inside the engine and he placed it in its proper place. Az auto does very good work. I've gone there several times because I trust the work they do.

I worked with Glenn to get the clutch in my car replaced. He got me in immediately and kept me updated on the status of the car. He did a quick turn around and a brilliant job. Highly recommend xx

Wow! I just dropped my car off which I assumed was having transmission issues. This is major since it’s a 2012 VW GTI. He heard the noise as we drove in to park and said that it could be the mounts which is much less serious! Being weary of mechanics in general, I felt immediately comfortable and literally took a sigh of relief. Finances are extremely tight so hearing that it could be a different, less expensive issue was shocking. I’ve had experiences with mechanics telling me I needed unnecessary repairs before so to hear that I was relieved from a lot of stress. I’m aware it still could be the transmission but I feel much lighter knowing there’s hope!!! People usually post reviews after the service is completed myself included but these people were so incredibly nice I felt assured I am in the right place. I had to write something for the customers out there who have been deceived like myself that good people still do exist. Thank you AZ Auto!!!

Absolutely love this place! Incredibly fair prices and honest/kind people working the floor. After leaving, I don't think I can ever get my vehicle serviced by anyone else. Amazing customer service skills and always professional.

Very attentive, sincere and helpful. I got a problem with my alternator and with that they checked to make sure that was the  issue. Glen took his time to check and gave me details about pricing and labour in a very good price, he even charged my car battery while he was waiting for the parts.

Glen made this experience worth every second and penny spent from beginning to end! All the staff also followed his lead in assertiveness, knowledge, and friendliness!Between Glen and the girl mechanic named shyreen" I couldn't be more pleased.
