The agent gave delayed responses that needed urgent attention. They charged me more for carpet cleaning but the stains were there during the entry condition report. They were HOWEVER, able to quickly rectify this however and refund the amount paid in excess. There’s definitely room for customer service and communication to improve to make this service more recommendable.

I luckily get a nice agent Rebecca Huang this year. My small apartment has been vacant for half a year, until yesterday it had a new tenant. However, I am moving by Becca’s work spirit. She is very serious and responsible, and she always has timely and professional communication with me.

I am quite happy with how John quickly took actions to address the repair issue that I wrote about in a review a few days ago. He apologised for the lack of communication and all the grief we've been through. He promised to make sure that our interests as tenants were being looked after from hereon. Thank you John for your help.

Communication with the employee Sonia was pleasant. The process of renting the house was also easy and convenient. Getting the keys was very fast. I am happy to communicate with them.

If you are a tenant seeking a rental place, I recommend not to choose this real estate. I am not sure if every agent in this company is not professional like the one I encountered, but truly it is the worst rental experience I have ever had. They are not responsive when you have rental issues. They just try to blind you at all times assuming you are not professional in rental issues. When it comes to the end of lease, they find a way to deduct your bond, they won’t charge much cause you will certainly say no. I guess most tenants will surrender in need of getting money back urgently. Else if you say no and ask evidence and question, they are not responsive again. And it will take you so long to get money back. The human kind is even though they can’t get any penny from you, they will not let you easily and quickly get your money back. They just leave it pretending it’s the problem between the landlord and the tenant. I will write complaint to official agency of course. Just a friendly reminder they are unprofessional and not responsive according to my experience

My agent John is very responsive to my questions and is very attentive to any problem that happens in the apartment. The guy is working extra hours during Covid but he is doing a great job. I highly recommend him and his company.

Just signed a rental agreement with the worst break lease clause for tenants. I was then told to “take it or leave it”.Thoroughly disappointed at the service but “took it” anyway as I had no choice in terms of time and finalising an interstate move.

The management have since reached out and apologised profusely for the way in which the process was managed. I doubt anyone will go through the same experience we did. I believe the individuals we dealt with were given a firm kick up the backside, and rightly so, from my view point.The most unprofessional agents we have dealt with over in 30 years. No communication, did not reply to emails or phone calls, email addresses and phone numbers on website were incorrect. We were told via email 3-4 weeks after submitting an application we had been the successful applicants for a rental property. One week later, after once again not responding to any emails or calls, we were told the landlord had chosen another tenant. In the meantime, we had turned down 2 other properties, believing we had a property secured. We have 2 children, who were very upset, and we suddenly needed to start our search all over again. They were simply appalling. I regret having to give them a star at all. Astonishingly bad.

John never showed any interest in selling us a unit they advertised. Contacted him 3 times over 10 days only to be palmed off to someone else who was nice but we had already made arrangements. If your looking at selling a property with these guys think twice.I’m sorry we spoke with John on 3 seperate occasions, me/ my wife / sms on all occasions John said he would get back to me.Why is the property advertised for sale if you can’t show it !
