Well they reignited my trust in people in the Caravan service industry, saw on on a phone call assessed the issue when there and a quick fix followedHighly recommend from friendly receptionist to knowledgeably team, can go wrong

I found this company very unprofessional.. l booked my van in 12 months ago .. phone calls were made to ensure they would have the awning on my arrival from Tasmania .. but they had not ordered the awning which delayed my holiday. They ordered it and rushed the installation without compiling with the manufacturer instructions on placing it on the brackets .. it fell off my vehicle after 3 days, flying end to end on the road .. inspecting the awning it was pot riveted to bracket which was totally incorrect and very dangerous .. showing no empathy on them being advised, l was just told to bring the vehicle back and they would install another one .. my holiday was made short, having to retrace my steps .. to receive no compensation or a friendly face .. Never would l go back to this business in Ballarat..On placing this review l received a phone call by the owner of the business .. l received an apology and $300 compensation for my 3 week holiday being ruined ..The Service Manager of this company instructed staff to pot rivot the awning onto the brackets on my van .. was he serious in his thinking that the awning was secure .. beware and check your van before it leaves the site or your holiday could be disrupted like mine

Scott and the team were so friendly, helpful and professional in guiding us through the process of valuing and selling our caravan through Ballarat City Caravans. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very unprofessional, firstly they told me my appliance was repaired and could be picked up. after I insisted they double check it they found that it was still faulty, after three week s I called them only to be told that I was being impatient and that I had not told them it was under warranty even though I had got there details as an authorised repair agent from dometic. They told me to come and pick up my appliance without it being fixed.

A friend had an awning fitted here, it fell off the next day, not a care given by this business.
