Absolutely horrendous. Went there the first time, decided not to buy food as the lady at the counter was RUDE. I walked off.Gave them another chance today.. same thing happened. She spoke to me rudely and they werent even busy. She acted like it was ME that didnt understand english. Not even a smile. She threw the eftpos machine on the counter. After I paid I loudly said YOURE WECOME.Food is very average. They bulked up the honey chicken with noodles. I mean really bulked. Not much meat in dishes at all

I have been coming here a few times a month for years. I love the food.I have always ignored the rude ladies serving because the food has made up for it.But after today, I won't be returning.I put the same things in everytime, in the same order. The lid still closes without issue.Today though I was told NO MORE, by one of the rude old ladies, because according to her it was already full.I tried to explain that for 5+ years, this is how I've always done it. But she didn't care.It was lunch time so it was busy and it was so embarrassing.Tried to call once I got home, but of course the phone number on their website isn't connected.Judging by the reviews here already, the 2 old ladies need to go!

Spent $15.50 for a large plate. The lady at the counter gave me a takeaway box, but since I was dining at the food court, I asked for a plate. As I was putting food on my plate, I felt like I was being watched and followed. Then the lady behind the counter told me, ‘please stop, enough food’ and even wanted to charge me $2 extra. I was so shocked by this!The 1 star is for the decent food. Zero for customer service.

I’m highly disappointed in my experience. Firstly, I had accidentally ordered a plate instead of a container, and I profusely apologised saying that I wanted a container instead, to which the lady serving me just rolled her eyes and shook her head and mumbled in a different language, making me feel terrible and disrespected. I was then ready to pay nonetheless, and she continued talking at me in a different language, highly likely insulting me. At this point I was very upset. I went on with my business serving myself and noticed her staring at me, which lasted a long time making me feel very uncomfortable. When I was at the chicken tray, I just wanted a bit of chicken but not really the vegetables and she comes over and tells me off saying that I can’t take just the chicken. I was very mad at this since I am the customer and I have a right to choose what I want to eat as this is self-serve. Not only was the food itself, highly expensive, but furthermore, if you overfill your container, even by a little bit, you were told to charge an extra two dollars for the overfilling which I find absolutely ridiculous as I’ve already spent around $15 on this container, which is very small in the first place, and even has a dent on the bottom, so it makes the food limit even smaller! I then wanted just a little bit of beef and she told me that my container was overfilled which it was not so I said can I just have a little bit since the container isn’t filled, so she stood and watched me get one little piece of beef. After I took that little piece of beef, she completely took away the beef tray so I could not physically take any more. Overall this experience has been a 0 stars out of five. I will never be coming back here. Food was mid too.

The old lady there is disgustingly rude.Bad food, bad service and very bad manners.I had paid for my food and forgot to add on a drink. When I asked if I could buy a drink with EFTPOS, she angrily pointed at the $10 minimum sign when I'd just bought from there. Pretty slack that I couldn't add a drink on and when I asked for a serviette, she threw it at me.

worst customer service ever, after paying for medium plate they were watching me very closely and told me to stop putting food cause i had too much" on it. worst place to buy food from it"

I purchased the Medium sized plate and had the sweet n sour pork pieces which were horribly undercooked. When I confronted the workers about this I was told that this was a common occurance in some pork and meats etc. I spent the next few hours in agony from stomach pain due to this food. I am extremely offended and disrespected by this service and the food provided by the grossly over priced and terrible food.

Absolutely ridiculous people with no customer service manners running this place. The lady at the front counter does not know how to serve customers. We bought three takeaways for 4 people and she gave us 3 disposable forks. When asked for an extra one, she said “only 3 forks for 3 takeaways”. It looked like it costs her her life for 1 extra fork. Food wasn’t good at all either. If only I could give zero stars, I would. Please learn some manners before running a food place.

TERRIBLE FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They put fresh food on top of the old food instead of either chucking or rotating which is horrible food safety & could get customers sick.. the quality of food is one of the worst I’ve come across anywhere.. the customer service is next to none, no smile, no acknowledgment to customers and very VERY RUDE. They need to close down!!
