I am so grateful to have Sam as my accountant. He is very professional, friendly and reliable. Given his busy schedule, Sam was able to act promptly and assist me with documents required by my bank to process my investment mortgage. The bank was becoming unreasonable and kept requesting for more documents from my accountant. I have a small business that I started and Sam helps me with my yearly tax returns, which helped the bank understand how my small business operate. I myself was getting frustrated but Sam was so helpful, understanding and stayed positive. I recommend SM Accountants & Associates to anyone. Gave a quote and then charged more because he had to spend extra time on researching something that he didn't have knowledge about. He also had the TV on, which I find totally unprofessional. We had to sign documents on the spot without having time to read them. He also didn't return a phone call as requested.

Hadn't done my tax for several years and was understandably worried.
