I came to fix my iPhone 11 screen here and Rajesh, the technician who was working there got it done in under 20 minutes. They were extremely helpful and got it done professionally. I would happily recommend this store to everyone. On the plus side, they also have heaps of cases and accessories for most of the phones.

My phone's display was cracked and the repair shops around PQM told either they do not have a spare part or it would take a few days to repair my phone. However, Mobile Konnect replaced my screen and repaired it while I had a cup of coffee next corner. They offered 3 months warranty but it's been already a year that it is still functional as new. Anyway, thank you for the reasonable pricing and amazing service. I highly recommend it. Cheers!!!

I had my screen repaired here last week and the guy working there was very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was quick and customer service was excellent, would definitely return there and recommend as well.

Served by a pleasant young man with a lot of knowledge but most of all very patient with me as I’m not very tech minded.Transferred all info from my old phone to new one. Highly Recommend.

This seemed like a great service at the start, my phone was cracked and they foxed it within 20 minutes and that was around 3 months ago, no cracks or scratches but the screen has popped out off my actual phone….

$180 for a xs screen repair that had to be shipped away to Sydney after they tried 2x faulty screens that didnt work. was told 4/5 days before i got it back, i received a rental phone that did not work properly and didnt recieve my phone for over a week. my phone now has problems and turns itself off today 2 times. i contacted and was told pretty much that its not there fault and they didnt do it mind you i had purchased this phone new and has had no problem until now !!!!!! was also hung up on the phone when speaking.... NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I was happy with Mobile Konnect at first when they replaced my cracked iPhone screen once before.However, this time I took an iPhone 8+ that I’d bought off EBay with a cracked screen (which I knew about - however, EVERYTHING else worked fine).Took over an hour for the guy to replace the screen and tell me that he “didn’t have the correct part for the Touch ID (home) button & would need to order one. Fine.However when I got home, I noticed the microphone no longer worked and could only phone people on loudspeaker. Technician (Rajesh) toldMe it took so long as “when he opened the phone it looked like a refurbished phone)Waited for call that part had come in - no call so went back into store. Different guy told me that Rajesh was incorrect - nothing wrong with the home button part - and that he would fix it, plus the microphone. 1.5 hrs later, neither of these things fixed.I contacted the seller on eBay who assured me he bought the phone brand new from Apple Store and still had receipt. NeverHad screen replaced onceSo I went to another phone repair shop, who advised me to ask for a full refund and my original screen back and they would look at it. I did this - Mobile Konnect guy said “oh actually it looks like Rajesh has broken the Touch ID” & that he’d reimburse what we the new shop charged Other repair shop then fixed the microphone but said that Mobile Konnect had broken the Touch ID and also broken the mike cable.Went back to Mobile Konnect to advise this and ask for reimbursement. Advised I wasn’t happy that they made up a story about the phone being “refurbished” instead of simply owing up to the faulty repair.Will not go back to them or recommend them to anyone.
