Unfortunately Google review won't allow me to give Platinum Autoworks more than 5 stars !!! A big thank you to Honey ( Owner ) who really looked after me as a customer and a human being !! Excellent service !! Engine oil leak fixed . Replaced bald tyres. Honey underpromise and overdelivers . Price won't make you go broke. Best thing is Platinum Autoworks is right behind my work place! It will be my regular workshop for both family cars. It's a one stop repair workshop . For once, 5 stars reviews are real here! From the bottom of my heart, if you're reading this, Thanks Honey!

I'm from Sydney, and drove to Pakenham to attend an event. Our car(Jeep Grand Cherokee) had coolant leaking issue. Since this is the week after christmas, no shop will take our car in time for us to return to Sydney before New Year's Eve. It was super stressful. This is the only shop that made an effort to look into the issue. They did not promise us anything but they will do their best and that is good enough for me given our situation. After 2 days our car was fix and we're able to go back to Sydney in time for New Year's Eve. The owner is honest. Price is reasonable. Thank you very much!

UPDATE: 28/02/23Once again PA came to my rescue! I couldn't start my car this morning, they went above and beyond to help me. Even though they don't offer call outs as a service, they drove to my property to help jumpstart my car and followed me to make sure nothing happened on the way back to the workshop. Within an hour, I had a brand new battery installed and they fix the dodgy job that RACV Roadside assist had done years prior! Thankfully now my car is fully roadworthy. These guys are honest, their work is amazing and everyone is so friendly! Best mechanic in our area!OCTOBER 2022: This was my first time having my car serviced in the area, i was nervous but trusted the other reviews - i am so glad i did! As a first time customer, i was really looked after. The entire process was explained to me, including showing me the parts that had been replaced. I received a call before any work was performed, a detailed explanation of what the issues were and why and a breakdown of the costs involved. I had a full service, rotors machined, break pads replaced, wipers replaced and two wheel bearings were completely destroyed, both now replaced. I cannot recommend this mechanic enough, even my Dad is thoroughly impressed and asked me to pass on his thanks for looking after me so well! I will definitely be bringing my car back for every service and any issues along the way - thank you so much! (Before & after of just the engine clean up - wow!)

My car was recently repaired here after having exhaust issues and needing new brakes. Honey was so helpful figuring out the problem and repairing both issues. He went above and beyond and left my car engine clean and running perfectly. 10/10 service
