HAD DAMIAN THE TECHNICIAN FROM (AIRFOUR) COME TO MY HOUSE AND SERVICE MY SPLIT SYSTEM, WOW WHAT AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM THIS GUY HAD AND PEOPLE SKILLS WERE TERRIBLE, BLAMED ME FOR NOT CHANGING MY REMOTE BATTERIES WHEN CHECKED SYSTEM, VERY DISSAPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had Joel come out to quote on 2 split systems. Not sure what went wrong but within a couple of hours I got a blunt email saying I will not be able to provide a quotation for split systems" - no explanation - even when I asked for an explanation. Nothing

I own a commercial property that is leased to a tenant and he operates a music school. I recently called this company and asked them to give me a quote to service the air conditioning unit. the lady that took the call seemed pleasant enough and in a reasonably short time an email arrived in my in box. Said email informed me that the unit has a gas leak and is running short of refrigerant. They then said that the work would come to $1936.00 including GST with the following addendum:Should the leak be located on a part that cannot be repaired, additional costs (note, not cost. Costs plural) will be (note, will be, not may be) incurred to replace such parts. Furthermore due to the nature of these works, we have allowed for a Technicians Assistant on this job. (What? to make sure he doesn't fall off the ladder) The quote finished with the following exclusions. Any parts deemed faulty upon completion of the above works as all components cannot be tested until the units are fully operational. And finally. Any time already spent on site. (whatever that may mean)WOW! Talk about setting me up for a big bill.I had decided to call a couple of other air conditioning people for a comparative quote when a second email arrived. This one was a bill for $209.00 including GST. I called the company and asked what this second amount was for and the lady told me that it was the quote fee".I then called one of the two other companies that I had contacted to ask if there was a charge for giving me a quote and they replied

Unprofessional, unsafe and just rude!!

Contacted Air four for the first me after a positive referral and dont want to miss this opportunity to provide a wholly unsolicited opinion of your companies work , which i would be grateful to pass on to who ever might wish to see it .And that is just to say how pleasantly surprised we were from start tom finish., from the initial inquiries and specification through to delivery and installation in what seemed to me to be an impressively short time .All installers at my home went about their work in a thoroughly professional manner, courteous and obliging to a fault ,and like wise the two electricians .All installers performed their work impeccably and left the house exactly as they found it or even better , given they restored a heavy cupboard that i was not looking forward to having to shift again to its rightful position.So thank you once again for such a prompt , qualified and thoroughly agreeable service ,which we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who asks .

Very happy with the recent installation of air conditioning and heating at our home.Damian and the guys are very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was hassle-free, and the company was very easy to deal with. Our in-ceiling cassettes look fantastic, and blend seamlessly into our period home.I have no hesitation in recommending Air Four to anyone looking for heating/cooling installation and service.

Very unprofessional by Adam.. A tradesman that comes with no ladder. But still charges you while he sorts out his stuff.Pathetic

Called Air four to service my office air conditioning unit to find them very prompt and professional .The service tech was very help full and polite and fixed the problem that no other company could fix at a very reasonable price .Would highly recommend this company to friends and family .
