Sad to have to give one star as would rather have given a negative number. Some of the staff were good to deal with but others not. We purchased for a large reno and due to the 'Christmas rush' they stuffed the order up, resulting in the wrong sized windows. Eventually the manager came to site and he was a disgrace. Minor damage was repaired but totally not interested in the main issues. Total lack of customer service or care, his only attitude was that I was welcome to go through the long and lengthy legal process to try to get some redress. Be warned. The management of this Newcastle company is flawed through and through so don't expect any help if something goes wrong.

G James were fantastic to deal with. Communication was exceptional the entire time and they delivered on time despite being under the pump due to current transport constraints due to Covid and issues beyond their control. We Could not be happier with the service and our new doors look great too. The quality is amazing and there’s no way our dogs will damage the Crim-safe screens.Replacing windows with custom built sliding doors has opened up our entire house and it looks amazing even though it is unfinished. We cannot wait to finish the renovations and enjoy the deck (once it is built) that our doors open onto.

Recently got a house lot of windows from G.James Newcastle, the service was quick, prompt and communication from the staff was expectational. I was always kept in the loop throughout the whole manufacturing process and the delivery was met as advised. The quality of product was outstanding, cannot be faulted!

I have been involved in the building industry for over thirty years, and the Newcastle branch of this company is the worst experience I have ever had. From sales, to production to the non existent customer service the attitude was disgraceful. No care - no responsibility! The one star is solely for the delivery guys.

We dealt with Elly at the Cardiff office and the level of service is second-to-none. Fast quotes, genuine advice, great communication throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend this business.

I ordered my bifold door unti and a door plus security screeb unit and couldn't be happier with both the product and service. Mark was awesome to deal with as was Brian. They both couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs. Their professionalism, advice and service was impeccable. I was so impress with the overall experience from the moment I requested a quote, placed the order, prompt deliver and them installing, levelling and adjusting the doors once the frame had been installed by the builder. Our friends were so impressed they also bought doors from them as well.

I received very friendly and speedy service from Beau at G. James Glass. I was only purchasing two 2 low cost sheets of glass for a DYI replacement job, yet, the service given was patient and informative (given I didn't really know what I needed!). The price was also around 30% cheaper than other Newcastle I contacted.
