Fantastic Company. Mr Junk Rubbish removal is a great company and great if you need any rubbish removal.Website is wonderful as I first called them and Carlos was so friendly speaking to me. They then gave me a outstanding price which honestly beats all other rubbish removals prices. They are very great then giving me a time frame to come to my house. They then came and were so friendly to me as they removed the stuff. Felt like family and not a worker.I really recommend them if you need any type of rubbish removal. I highly recommend Mr Junk Rubbish Removal. Carlos was very responsive and answered my messages quickly and explained the whole process to me clearly. He and his colleague were punctual, they came within the timeframe given, and he gave me 30 minutes notice before arrival. Carlos was friendly and professional, and gave a quote before removal. We negotiated the price and he was able to come down quite a lot which I was so thankful for. These guys did any amazing job. We organised our junk removal on the same day and it was also on a Sunday. Amazing service! The team kept in contact throughout the whole booking process, informing me of what was happening and when. Carlos arrived and went through the details of the collection. He also spoke of the teams dedication to recycling, which made me feel much more positive about getting rid of things which were functional but no longer needed. An incredible service! We needed everything gone within a couple days, all furniture and appliances in our apartment and on our balcony. They came the next day, on time, and were incredibly efficient, very friendly, and very good value for money. Highly recommend!

Carlos was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. My elderly grandmother needed an old recliner chair removed and it was gone within 1 business day. I called on Saturday and had the appointment booked for the following Monday. I took time away from work to be with my grandmother for the process and Carlos arrived at the time he said he would (this is so rare for many services!) The removal process took less than 5 minutes. Carlos was fantastic. Communication great. - made initial appointment which we had to change but there was no problem. - arrived exactly on time. All the rubbish & furniture was loaded quickly & professionally. Problem with oversized lounge fitting through the door but Carlos somehow managed to find a way to separate pieces - not an easy task & quite time consuming.
