The main guy that runs the place is lovely. I've unfortunately needed his services a couple of times in months. If you need something repaired, they are fair on price and timing. There are quite a few computers and desks in there that are there for public uses. It's very spacious. I imagine it would be comfortable to study in there and use their facilities.

Love this place, highly recommended. Sometimes I've seen goods of theirs advertised online and got no response after asking a question other times specific requests have been slow to fulfil to their credit though it must be a logistical burden to fetch this stuff if you're happy to pay be patient simple and reasonable they'll be happy to help otherwise stay away and don't waste their time

Had a serious issue with a laptop late on a Friday afternoon, the guys were brilliant, and fixed it as well as upgrading my laptop in a very short period of time. Would recommend them for any repairs or upgrades Their customer service is second to none.

my experience was not what i expected, at first I didn't know that these guys actually had stock, but i met the most helpful computer tech working in Armidale, this young man spend over half an hour educating me very politely, while prices are the same as any brick and mortar the service was second to none in Armidale thanks to Hunter. 5 stars for experience mate!

Not a great experience. Was not told about year warranty on the screen I had purchased. New screen broke a little over a year, which they claimed was something that happens over time" and nothing could have been done to stop it. I just couldn't trust them to replace the screen again if there was the potential of same thing happening. If you buy a service or product you expect it to last

Asked them to put together a PC using the parts I had provided and they went above and beyond even when i had issues the following day due to my own stupidity. Put together a whole machine for $150 and helped me with my future issues free of charge. Couldn’t recommend higher.

I've had places tell me that it would take 2 weeks to just look at my laptop, these fellas looked it on the day and had it back to me by the Friday. Lovely customer service, easily approachable. Reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

I bought a new HP laptop and printer and found the assistance to me in setting up my new system to be outstanding.
