32 minutes to ask a question, totally out of his depth, questions not answered and it was really simple now I have to go to their office because the hard to understand call centre operator had zero idea. All I wanted to know was can I make a claim on line as a aged senior for chemist fees paid above the pbs cost as I couldn't get it done on line, too 21/2 to get a card so I have a few to claim...extremely disappointing, insufficient call centre staff, quiet disgraceful actually

Honestly, I wouldn't bother too much about calling this number if you have any inquires or would actually like to speak to a person. I rang it to find something out for a friend and the automated menu pretty much drags you around in a pointless information circle, just to not connect you to a customer service officer followed by abruptly hanging up on you

I have to give them 5 stars today as I only had to wait no more than 10mins. Was seen by a centerlink officer first then got taken straight to a Medicare officer was done in a few mins. Only thing I don't like is that the government merged the two & put them in the same building where you have to put up with people who are sometimes not very happy with centerlink. Also it can be very very busy there which I don't like either.

Centrelink penrith what can I say, one of staff members told my husband today who has nerve damage in his hands for us to keep living we need to sell our house ithsf we don't see the house we go on the streets, they also said the a little wages that comes in will pay the mortgage, bills, car expenses etc,

Had a full bogan fight between two skinny local Penrith lads, one with a Black Puma shirt with Gold logo, the other with a black Puma shirt with a white logo. Very entertaining. The poor staff were a bit distressed but the aggressor was probably just antsy waiting for his methadone. Staff were friendly and helpful. 11/10 would go back just one the hope that the two adlays would be back again to sort out their differences.

Super slow, don't have anywhere near enough staff on, especially as the building is clearly designed for high capacities, it's a waste of space literally, 40 odd desks for employees and only like 8 staff availableWhy such a huge expensive building when they aren't even really using it??

Outdated!! Lots need to be improved.Had a visit in a long long time to submit an application for my wife. The service does not feel like 21st century.Why people have to stand in queue just to check-in? Can they not use digital token system like in RTA?Then you are asked to be waited which is really long. I mean, we were there to submit an application with all the forms prefilled and ready. Surely, the process can be simplified for better.
