I paid for and Everyday Rewards Extra subscription. And now as it's about to become useless.I just received an email to advise that my 10% extra discount will now only apply in future if I shop online. I rang and spoke to a customer service representative and she told me that I would have to cancel my subscription and they will refund me the amount of money owing for the months not used from date of cancellation. WHY should I have to do that???? I have to cancel! God they annoy me. They are quick to take my money for the subscription but it is now a hassle to get it back. I spend on average $380-$430 per week there. Coles will now be getting that money. So annoyed with them. This is t directed at Morayshire woolies but all woolies!

I was in the aisle trying to find a product on the store printout and a staff member saw me looking a bit lost. she came and asked what I was looking for and showed me where to find them. thankyou for having nice helpful staff.

Woolworths Morayfield was quite unlike any other Woolworths in recent memory. It actually had stock on the shelves, food in the fridges, meat and fish in the delli. It took me back to my childhood; those halcyon days when food in Australia was abundant and inexpensive and not at all like Zimbabwe.

Very happy with the delivery to boot at Morayshire and a special shout out to the young lady who helped load my groceries (2 to 3pm 19/5). Fantastic customer awareness and service. Worthy of 5 stars!

Can't pack groceries in a bag, had milk all through car because thay layed it down on bottom of a paper bag whilst I was busy with my toddler. Apart from this I normally have good service. But I think some more training in bag packing might be needed.

This is one of the worst woolworths stores i've been to..The shelves and fridges are never full! They're always sold out" of products. The amount of fresh and cold products that are open and still on show for sale is disgusting! The shop isnt monitored enough for its quality of sale. Slow on the registers too.If you're wanting to make an awesome new meal for dinner
