After waiting 35 minutes for our food, we were told staff had looked for our table twice, no one in that time had come anywhere nears us. Our food was left sitting on the counter, I asked for fresh food to be prepared as ours was now cold. Never would have thought someone could make Dapto McDonald's look good.

This place never ceases to amaze me. It’s always dirty but tonight! Not one clean table in the place. When I asked a staff member if she could get someone to clean a table she totally ignored me.At least assign at least “one” person to clean tables.Burgers were cold, soft drinks warm. Apparently the ice machine was broken.Hungry Jacks at Shellharbour next time. Food is better (so far) and restaurant is cleaner.

Disgusting.I waited over an hour for my order to be delivered only to realise missing, wrong food supplied, half empty chips and all freezing cold.I don’t usually leave bad reviews but management at Albion park Maccas need to get their shi* together.

Possibly the worst experience of my LIFE! I have never experienced such horrific food intake! First of all half of the kiosks don’t work so they are useless. Secondly we watched our meal grow cold on the bench whilst it was DONE!Now here is the real reason this was my worst experience. I have never burnt my mouth on coke before but this was sure dam close! As I picked the cokes up they felt warm to touch but thought nothing of it. I sat down and had a sip, I nearly puked. The combination of drinking a WARM drink and a COLD meal was dreadful.I don’t know why else to say, but some people need some more training on how to put ice in to a cup, ESPECIALLY WITH WARM LIQUID!!!

Worst Macca's ever. I ordered large, and I got my chips, and they were half empty. More like a small size. No pickles at all in my (surprise, surprise) cold burger. So cold that the cheese didn't even melt. No napkins in the bag and toilets were dirty. I don't usually comment on this type of thing, but I was very unimpressed with this McDonald's. I will never go back here again.

I’ve come here the last 3 times as it’s around the corner from my job. Given this store the benefit of the doubt. Gotten an ice latte each time and it has been burnt each time! To the point I’ve had to throw it out each time. The last time I came my partner smelt it as said “that absolutely stinks” would not recommend this maccas to anyone!

Let me share with you a little ditty about our recent trip to Albion Park mcdonalds. Now im a fan of mcdonalds, in fact...ive had it 6 days straight now, not specifically from this mcdonalds but lets just say I am well qualified for this review. 1:06pm, we enter the drive thru, they LIE to us IMMEDIATELY!!! Saying there is no frappes...but more on that later. The transaction went smoothly, true oceans 11 style...however the machine said tap and pa instead of tap and pay. PA!!!! What even is that!!! This was the first sign of incompetence. Next the food exchange window. This is where things really went south.They THREW coke on the driver, PERMANENTLY STAININg his BRAND NEW short. Which were looking nice until it was tarnished by the coke. We were willing to overlook the property damage...but then they yELLED our order in front of everyone...I dont come to maccas to be shamed about our order. We were then rudly shoved into the waiting bay. But what we waited for was not worth it. We opened the boxes to find two flacid burgers with cheese askew (see picture). This wild cheese welded the burger to the side of the box...how could you do this to us. Now I bet you are wondering about that frappe...well lets just say as we were eating our meal when a worker exited the building holding...you guessed it...a FRAPPE!! And just to rub it in she came over to our car like a lost child and asked if were this was our order. You reptile. Technically it WAS our order...but alas we politely denied. There needs to be good people in this world.Overall great experience would come again. Thanks lads

Toilets are outdoors next to play area, they were rather filthy. Hash brown and hotcakes were pretty cold, also short of 1 hotcake. Overall it was delivered in a mess, with oil splatters on the box and butter/syrup.

I just ordered my meal and with my meal I decided to get a large Coke. The Coke was flat. There was no fizz in it. It was lukewarm and also had no ice and it definitely did not taste normal. It tasted like you’ve just gotten some water and put a little bit of Coke syrup into it. It was putrid, I also just went through drive-through for a second time, and as I pulled up to the window where the hand you your food there was about five girls, standing there, talking about something that was definitely not work-related, and then when my food is ready, the bag was practically tossed at me with no words said, because she obviously wanted to finish her mother’s meeting, I also ordered a chocolate muffin which I requested to be heated. The outside was melted, but the inside was stone cold. I also said no pickles on my cheeseburger because I am allergic to them and surely enough that was pickles on my cheeseburger. No surprise there. Good job McDonald’s you’re doing great
