Jo’s team were unbelievable. I moved after 40 years so you can imagine how much sorting and decluttering needed to be done!!Jo and her team did an amazing job and took all the stress out of what could have been a very challenging process and saved my sanity.They also unpacked and organised where everything should go when I moved into my new apartment making it a very smooth transition.I strongly recommend their services.

Jo was amazingly efficient, effective and professional in helping us reorganise our kitchen, child's bedroom and rumpus room. At the end of a 10 hour period, over 2 days, we have 3 separate areas that function better to suit our needs during this remarkable year that is 2020. The cherry on the cake is that our little human being is so much calmer as well, and we are sure this is due to her calmer environment. We can't recommend Jo highly enough!

I engaged Jo to help my sister-in-law, Sylvia, move from her home of 60 years into a retirement village. It was a mammoth job that I couldn't do because I live interstate. But Jo and her team did a super job - cleaning out and removing all the unwanted items, packing, moving and setting up again at the other end. Jo and her team went above and beyond to make this move as easy as possible for Sylvia and it couldn't have happened without her expert assistance. Thanks so much.

Jo has been helping me with downsizing to a smaller living space. Such a daunting task I would not have had the courage to start without Jo's gentle advice and help. She has masses of information to help place possessions no longer needed but still in good shape. And this was important to me. Her energy and strength was of great practical assistance as lifting boxes around is no longer easy for me. She has wonderful organisational skills and has helped me with storage in a smaller area. I recommend her highly.

My husband and I downsized to a retirement village in late 2019. We asked Jo Carmichael to come to Melbourne and assist with moving us to our new home. Jo arrived to an apartment filled with an array of boxes and within two days our apartment was fully functioning, to the point, where we were able to host Christmas drinks a few days later. I am writing after six months, because Jo's design" of the kitchen and bathroom cupboards have stood the test of time
