The entire process of dealing with Paramount exceeded my expectations. I ordered a new photocopier after dealing with a troublesome supplier for my gambling company, needless to say we have been nothing but impressed.Thankyou Ben for all your help and honesty and thankyou paramount for servicing us exactly as promised.Will recommend to everyone!

Terrible customer service.I definitely would not trust this company. If you do intend to go with this company please have everything in writing in the contract. They will sweet talk saying they will do everything and once it's signed, they wont do anything even slightly outside the contract.Sold us printers with printer trays that didn't stack/ we not compatible and proceeded to charge us in full even those the trays could not be used. We aren't well versed in printers and we weren't given a warning that they would not be able to be stacked. We we just sold trays because we asked for extra trays.Oh and they delivered these trays 8 months (still waiting) after beginning contract, due to warehouse shortages, but still charged us in full for those 8 months.I'd pay the slight extra for a management print service that will actually provide you quality care as it is definitely not worth the headache of the money we saved.Ben agreed to multiple items such as disabling colour prints via software, networking th printers .. . If it's notIn the contract.... Well it's not going to happen.Classic cowboy sales with little follow-up after.Still waiting on the trays...EDIT: Paramount have delivered trays now. They have taken this review seriously and have tried start on new terms with a new deal. However this deal was unfavourable and not nearly at the same value for money as the original. It was nice to see they were trying to take the reviews seriously and try and rectify the situation.

Ben Sealey helped our real estate company with originally one printer in our branch however after his ongoing support we took him on for our other branches and was the best decision we made. He is accountable, reliable and great to deal with. Thank you Ben and Paramount.

Very concerning after sales service. Poor response time and make excuses for delays. Mostly looks and thrives on scapegoats. Can't wait for the contract to finish.The above review was true and accurate at the time of writing. Thus, on Monday 17 Oct 2022, Symon Murphy contacted to apologise and offered to fix the issues. Between Simon, Bella and the technician Nikola our issues were rectified. Symon went that extra mile and visited us personally too. He has given us access to contact him directly if there is any issue in future. We hope there is no need for it moving forward.So, Symon finished off very well from where it left previously. At the present moment we are happy.21/10/22

I can honestly say this company employs great technicians. Harvey came to install our new printer and he was brilliant. Fast and easy to understand and very friendly. The company called to ensure we could expect him and he arrived on time. Nothing but good things to say about this company.
