The lady was rude after I asked her to increase the thickness on a broken nail to match my other ones she said I do not except she got up and walked away. Highly unprofessional. Someone else and took over.Had red polish put on 4 fingernails and the next day one of them was peeling and was still wet and gooey underneath. Didn’t dry properly before the topcoat was put on. I left red smudges on some of my fingernails and cuticles. One of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to both in customer service and in quality of work.Do not recommend at all. Give them a zero star rating I would.

I’ve only been here once so far as I wanted to quickly stop by to fix my nails but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time the nail technician put into perfecting my acrylic nails. She was very thorough and my nails came out better than expected. Thanks!!!

terrible service. During the middle of my manicure, a worker pulled out her phone, tapped my worker and they both looked at the phone and laughed for a solid minute. It was like me and my friend didn't exist, they just ignored us the whole time and spoke between themselves in a foreign language. To make it worse, the website clearly states $25 for manicure with nail polish, and the price was confirmed over email. Yet when they charged my friend and I they charged $30. We both went back to question them and show them the email confirmation and the website for proof, but they just went on with some random excuse that basically made no sense. The service itself was also terrible. Within the first half an hour of getting my nails done they were chipped. This was not because of being careless, in fact I was taking fantastic care of them. But if their nail services were any good then my nails would not have chipped.All in all, terrible service, bad staff, do not recommend ever going there.

1 Got a shellac pedicure first of all it was the quickest most slack pedicure I've ever had2 I asked for the girl to shape them square I didn't get it3 The previous colour I had wasn't removed completely and you could still see it underneath my new color4 Colour was left all over my cuticles5 My colour has gone from baby pink to yellowish pink6 I GOT A INFECTION under my 2 toes!!!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I got my nails done (Shellac) on Tuesday and they are already falling off. One of it fell off soon after I arrived home. If you are unable to do a good job and give your customer the best value, it is best not to take them in when you are too busy. I paid $40 for a horrible Shellac polish. I will never return to you place for my nails.

Best nails I have ever had done. I'm beyond happy with the results. I got a manicure which was $10 extra and it has made my nails so much nicer and last longer. The photo is a week after I had them done!

Marvelous services...the staff give advices , take their time they dont rush while doing your nail, have loyalty card. I love this shop i drive to go there

Tech was really gentle and quick with the nail drill. Very impressive.Final shape could have been improved. Asked for coffin and some nails are wonky. But overall good set. See left thumb

Take off my sns nails over here and putting on gel nails.An old lady do it for me and asked if i wanted to have manicure as well, i say yes of course because my sns is make few weeks ago, might need some tidy up on my nails.I regret alot for making this decision of manicure as she hurt my 4 fingers with blood, as she's cutting the 'dead skin' but is actually my real skin.And all this cost me 50 bucks.So disappointed,and definitely won't come back anymore.

Had a great first experience here!Got sns taken off and put back on, the lady even suggested to do a white base coast so the glitter I chose came out more!Would come back here again
