Andrew installed Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Aircon at our house. From 1st contact, it has been an excellent experience dealing with a true professional.Andrew was responsive to all communication, he was on time and the mess was cleaned up. He thought through what had to be done and was clever and caring enough to pick up on any details that had to be clarified - to ensure that the job was done well technically and the installation also looked good (there was a long lead to the main switchboard etc). After recent experiences with various trade professionals, I was not looking forward to having the aircon installed. I am still ‘in pleasant shock’ at what an amazing experience this was.

My air conditioning unit was on the fritz so I have these guys a call on recommendation from a tradie mate - absolutely the best decision I could've made. After explaining my issue, the gentleman on the phone said he would squeeze my job in on the end of his workday. After turning up it took the guy a half hour to identify the problem and fix it up. After completing the job he explained what had happened and said they'd happily come out to fix any further issues that may arise. Have not had a problem with the air conditioning unit since. I would highly recommend.
