Kangaroo Point Medical Centre
Dr Tom was very attentive with the procedure he completed. One that i was very nervous to get done and put off for a while. He was professional, thorough in his work, and the follow up from the procedure was second to none with access to his phone at any time of the day. Additionally he called me to follow up to ensure i wasnt in pain or discomfort. Overall recommend using this practice.

Went here for a 2nd opinion. I could not fault my experience at this practice. The reception staff squeezed me in on the same day. I have now changed to this medical centre and have had a skin biopsy done and vein laser all done in a lovely professional clinic. Could not fault either procedure or follow up . Exceptional service from the reception staff and Dr Tom who go out of their way to help you.

Great experience! Friendly staff, helpful and professional receptionists. Fantastic doctors, Dr Tom is excellent, warm, friendly and knowledgable. Took time to listen when other places just push you through like a conveyor belt. Very high level medical care! Highly recommend! Thanks!

I had an injury early this year that left me questioning the medical industry. I was referred to Dr Tom by a friend as a last resort and his attention to detail and knowledge far surpassed any Drs that I have previously seen. He was incredibly thorough with his examination and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks to Dr Tom, my diagnosis and recovery has been fast tracked.

I headed to the clinic today, I have not booked for appointment and walk-in suited my needs very well, thanks to the great receptionist service that made me feel confortable while waiting for the doctor.The waiting time reasonably quick, around 10 minutes. Dr Tom was awesome, he did a full examination, explained the outcome and clarified all my doubts in a very friendly maner.

The experience with this clinic was exceptional. I walked in the clinic in extreme pain, and left 100% better. Dr De Silva was amazing, and possibly the best GP I've visited. He was engaged, proactive, and worked with confidence. I'd highly recommend this service.

I have found Dr Tom to be a great doctor who will go the extra mile for his patients. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that you sometimes have to wait a while to be seen. Having said that, I have had the same experience with most other gp surgeries.

Checked in 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Waited an hour for the doctor to walk out and completely forget about us. Multiple people complained whilst we were in the waiting room. The professionalism wasn’t great.Happy once the doctor saw us but not the best experience initially.

Best doctors practice I have been in years. Dr Thomas is so helpful and explains everything to you so you do not walk away confused.Staff is always friendly and greet you with a smile.Best doctors in Brisbane !!!!
