I wouldn’t give any star on this due to the customer service given specially by that old lady having short red hair. Absolutely horrible. Even if I need to go there I will not. Never ever. I will go to another suburb no matter how far it is just because of that lady. I been there just before 5 min it’s closed and asked if it’s closed. They said they not. I think that lady don’t need to anyone to be there at that time and treated me in really horrible way. I was really shocked. Please give her a good training on customer service.

If I could give this a no star review I would! Abousoulety horrible customer service by a older lady with short red hair, waited half hour for store to reopen as door was down but still had a customer in the store?! , no greeting while i was in store, then i asked a question and with a rude respond I got was' we dont sell that here!!! 'Sorry I wasnt to know that's why I asked?I will never be shopping at this House again.Very disappointing.

I was unsure on where to buy kitchen wear with so many kitchen stores around. I had a young boy called Filip serve me, he was super knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed. I hope to see him around more since he has convinced me to shop at house more with his fabulous service. Highly recommend trying to find him to help you.

Went in to buy a couple of things and went to pay with cash. I was rudely told that they do not take cash, but other payment options were available. I informed her that i only had cash and that it is a form of payment. Yet she refused and said they do not take cash. So I left, did not purchase anything and will never go in there again.

Customer service was non-existent. Waited over 10 minutes for anyone to ask if I needed assistance, while 2 staff members served one customer. I was only given attention when I exclaimed Excuse me". I queried after an item I bought myself from another store interstate over a year ago as I wanted to buy the same thing for my sister. I was given the price

If i can give zero star it will be great.Very bad and mean customer service. I purchased an item from there they said they dont do refund but they give it like voucher so i can use it when i find something and today when i went and ask the guy he said yes but the lady on the register said no we dont do that.The stupid thing about is that there was another lady with a guy were standing right next to her the guy said i told her yea we do that but the lady stop (shosh ) hem..
