Aaron was prompt to visit and assess our property/needs. He provided a couple of quotes for various types of system. Our energy retailer refused our application for export which then stalled my decision making. A year later Aaron was happy to refresh the quote, tweaked for some final queries. He set a date two weeks out, turned up with the team on time, worked through some very wet weather, installed 28 panels and they were all done in two days. The entire team were courteous, polite and very tidy. Aaron has personally managed the inspector visit and final certification, lodged the paperwork with the energy retailer, and assisted with the download of the app to monitor the panels.Aaron came as a recommendation from a friend, and i would have no hesitation recommending Aaron and the team to my friends and others.

Got Aaron from Traegar Solar in for a inspection and quote. He physically came on site and inspected on a weekend then gave me quotes for a few different systems. I explained to him my needs and also budget and he was no fuss/no bs" about it all and quoted what I was looking for. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure he understood what I wanted and explained his professional opinion on system/products as well.He and his team were very polite and considerate during installation and did a very efficient and clean job. Very happy to recommend Aaron and his team. When I requested quotes from several firms, he was the only one to visit my property and that personal touch distinguished him from the competitors who all relied on phone service. That, and his very prompt and competitive quote, gave me the confidence to go ahead with him. He was also helpful with the documentation required for the rebates. Then when his team visited my home on a pre-install, they recommended I obtain a supply of new roof tiles as they observed there were some requiring replacement and more were likely to be damaged during install. Then when they discovered during commissioning of the system that we required a wi-fi extender to make the inverter fully functional, they helpfully went to the shops themselves and acquired one, saving me the trouble of doing that and a return visit from them. Very customer-focused!

I can't speak highly enough of Aaron and his team. They have a genuine commitment to and interest in sustainability and solar; provided excellent service and reasonable prices; and (crucially for this industry) only use suppliers with a solid reputation and an Australian presence.
