Good location. Rooms we're clean and tidy. Except we had paid for 4 people and they only supplied us with enough towels and linen for 3 people. They we're apologetics but never offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Luckily we brought a couple of spare sheets.Besides this, the lady on the desk was very friendly and courteous.

Friendly staff, happy to accommodate at last minute bookings. Clean rooms and good showers. Recommend and would use again.

Been here before. Rooms are clean. Good value. Close to CBD but off the highway so not so much noise.

Room was comfortable and location is good.Rooms need updating, condition is average but still comfortable for short stays.Carpark spaces are ridiculous, hardly room to open doors for larger cars.We were accused by management of leaving an offensive note on a car in the car park (ironically by leaving a note on our car!?) at a time when we weren’t even there. We regularly visit nowra, but will probably try elsewhere on next visit.

This has been a good place for a night or two if one is travelling to the South. Dorm types room and towards the quieter part of the Nowra at night. Rooms are average quality with microwave, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. There was a pool too for a hot day.The kitchen was closed the time we visited. Staff was helpful in lending the electric cooker.

Made it to check-in after 8PM but the after hours check in was handy. The room and the beddings smelt clean. The place is so close to the shops and restaurants at the town. Less than 30 minutes drive to the Hyams Beach which was our aim of the travel. The only thing that made it two-star less of our rating, was that our toddler went up straight to one headboard lamp that had a missing lid and took out the fluorescent tube bulb. Glad that it’s power off still and didn’t break. They missed big time to check if we have a toddler with us. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and terrific.

The place and staff were honestly so amazing and wonderful! I had my doubts in the beginning, but the place really grew on me after a few nights here.First off, I just want to say a big thank you to the staff and how accommodating and hospitable they were to my family and I. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and offered us some milk (which was a nice surprise). On our last day, we met one of the housekeepers coming back to the motel. She let us know that she hadn’t cleaned our room yet (which was totally fine as it was still early in the morning) and offered us options. We told her not to worry as we were planning to head out again and she told us to let her know when. When we came back, we saw that not only was our room cleaned, but she ended up refilling everything graciously and even gave us extra towels and pillows (she saw we had an extra person with us for our last night). She was so sweet and was one step ahead with her service, going above and beyond. A huge thank you to her and the other housekeepers cleaning and refilling everything everyday ❤️The room itself were spacious, quiet and clean. Had a good aircon, a smart TV and free WiFi. They even had lots of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and more (things I would usually have to buy or bring on my own). The front door had a door chain lock too, which made us feel safe during the night. There were some things that were old and obviously not perfect, but they can be overlooked.Location wise, the place was pretty much at the heart of everything. If you are renting a car, you can park it here and pretty much drive to where you needed to go with no stress. Honestly, comparing Parkhaven to other motels I’ve been to, it had everything we needed for an amazing and comfortable stay. Would 100% come back if we are in Nowra again!Key points:- Amazing and wonderful staff who are very accommodating. Excellent service from everyone we’ve met- Spacious, quiet and clean room- Had everything you need from making coffee/tea in the morning, to watching Netflix, to taking a hot shower with shampoo, to then have a comfortable and quiet night’s sleep- Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a good motel with a carpark with a good location and great value for money

Parhaven has excellent service, the rooms are very comfortable, super spacious and it is close to restaurants and shopping centers - I am happy to have come to this place with this good service. Thank you very much. It is a place located in a perfect location - close of all the beaches - jervis bay - bendalong...,for sure i will come back again

Stayed in the king superior room with spa, beautiful and quiet, comfortable, room could do with a little maintenance , the bathroom door handle falling off and hard to slide the door open or closed, but lovely staff, overall very happy. Thankyou.
