Had an amazing experience in-store with a friendly staff member, found everything we needed. Beautiful display of products, customer friendly space to shop, room for wheelchairs, not kid friendly with glass products and over 18 stock. Glad we called in before we left to go home to Carnarvon. Thanks guys for the laughs and brilliant service

Came all the way from Busselton to find out it was closed. Google said it opens at ten and we waited there until 11:20 but it was still closed.Cowards.

Lady with tattoos and stretcher piercings, approximately 5”4, was supposedly taking a “15 minute toilet break” and was serving customers inside, refused entry to three new customers when it was raining outside. This break extended over 30 minutes and she abused the three customers on their way out. Complete disappointment, useless employees have no place in “safe places”

First time ever shopping in a Cloud 9 and Cat stole the show!! Not only was she knowledgeable in every department but helped us pick everything to the specifics we needed, and made recommendations on what might work better. Killa shop with a wide variety of awesome stuff, and easy going staff :)
