Chemist Warehouse Singleton

This chemist provided incorrect information about scripts, did not properly complete script documentation, blamed the doctor’s surgery, and after wasting an hour of our time, had no accountability for the inconvenience and took no responsibility for their error.

Worst store ever, treat customers no respect, if you are not opening on opening time for some reason, you should feel sorry not just push customers out.

If there was an option for zero my option would be zero. This place is a joke, I have always come here and never once thought this Chemist Warehouse was bad, its neat and tidy and the cash register staff are always nice with a smile. But today I came in to get a prescription, and the Pharmacy assistant and Pharmacy crew were rude, arrogant, pulled faces, and talked down to a customer. Honestly ashamed and embarrassed to go to another chemist to talk to a pharmacist ever again.

Nice big store. They have everything. It's finding what you want in the store that's difficult and trying to get a staff member to help is nearly impossible. It would help if the ladies on the check outs smiled. It always feels like it's too much trouble to serve you. I like the store, but I think the staff needs a refresher course on customer service.

After many years using this chemist I will be going elsewhere. It’s become an absolute joke over the last month since Jamie left and the blow ins that work there now barely speak English and are completely rude. I would have gotten better service from a box of tampons on the shelf

I will not be going here again. After waiting 15 mins to drop a script off, I decided to come back later to collect it. This did not make it any faster! Waited another 20 mins to collect only to be told that I would need to wait the entire 30 days before they can redispense my regular medication! I said I had one pill left and that has never occurred before. Complete rubbish from the chemist. Went to my regular chemist and he confirmed my theory.

I don't like the service or get my script there anymore.Just like all the rest of the bad reviews stop shopping there guy's.

Really appalled to see a child running about in the medication dispensing part of the pharmacy with no adult supervising. This can't be allowed surely? I understand staff may need to work and have no childcare but a young child running around amongst medication and whilst medication is being dispensed is not okay!Also the rude pharmacist telling me I could t but two bottles of panadol and that she was making an allowance to sell me them and I would have to put them through as two transactions and the cashier said that wasn't the case? And sold them in one transaction just fine.Refusing to do an authority script on PBS even though all pharmacists we usually get it at, do.I avoid here if I can

Rather drive 15mins further than put up with the ignorance and arrogance of the staff of chemist warehouse..Seriously get new staff. Everyone should be treated with respect and knowledge. No one should be paid for Stupidity. I'm still contacting the ombudsman on certain legal ponts chemist warehouse is guilty of.
