Went in for a size exchange for a Halti collar I got during 30% off and was made to pay full price for the size I exchanged for. Went back in to question this and they were adamant that I had to pay $13 extra at full price.Thankfully Sarah C from customer support immediately issued us a refund for the difference. Very helpful service here. The staff are lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. Shara (the groomer) is fantastic with our nervous boy when he gets groomed. Great range of products with awesome discounts/rewards to encourage repeat business. We travel from Surfers to shop here!
