They are the worst. Now I understand why they charge in advance. Once you paid them they become rude. the person who picks up the phone does not introduce himself and he is very rude. He goes round and round explain about so many things except answering your question. I am glad that did not rely on them and I called bio security myself, booked everything myself. when we went to pick up our goods, we realized that they are NOT well known among people in their industry (I wish I knew this before).

After having a vintage engine intake seized by customs, I engaged EC&F on my behalf to have the item released. I was worried as I had been away for work so was unaware of the issue until I arrived home and Australia Post were threatening to return the goods back to the USRyan sorted out the paperwork and had the item released the next day. The following day, Ryan followed up to confirm that the item was in transit to me and to notify him if I hadn't received it within the week so he could follow it upI would highly recommend their services to anyone that found themselves in a similar situation

After purchasing a painting on a recent trip to New Zealand I was unaware that the clearance through Australian Customs was going to be troublesome because of the painting's value. I was advised to engage a Customs Broker to ensure correct procedures were followed and chose ECF because of a positive testimonial I had read.My experience with ECF was very positive. Once I emailed an enquiry their esponse was prompt and professional, outlining their fee and what needed to be done from my end within a few hours.Ryan Desouza took control of the process and within a few days my artwork was released from Customs and is now hanging on the wall in my home.Prompt Response and Action, Totally Professional and Understanding of a novice importer. I was worried my job would be too small for any broker to care about. Not so with ECF. Thanks to Ryan it all ended well.

if i could give less stars i would. Called on the 31/01 at 2pm and spoke with the Receptionist. He was the rudest person ive ever spoken with. He was derogatory and insulting why would we want to speak with you" were a few of his exact words. Under no circumstances did i use an unprofessional tone.0/5 wouldn't work with this company

Paul and the team at EC&F were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when assisting us with a tricky agricultural import. Really exceptional customer service and we were very pleased with the outcomes. Would definitely recommend them to others.

DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONALWould rate 0/5 if it was an option.Paul told me incorrect information regarding customs procedures AND asked me what my photoshopping skills were and told me to edit someones company stamp onto a government document.Richard was completely unprofessional in the way he spoke to a client. Speaking aggressivly and attacking me BEFORE he even knew the entire situation.When I tried to explain the situation he continually cut me off.Once he read the email that contained inccorect information from a colleague instead of apologising he then backpedaled and made up excuse after excuse.Never once apologising for his rude behaviour or having a member of his team ASK ME TO PERFORM ILLEGAL ACTS.Ontop of that he threatingly reminded me thag i signed an authority to act form giving then authority to clear my item through customs and deivery.But after clearing my item they claimed their work was done leaving delivery all upto me.Would not recommend.

As a complete novice to the process of importing items from overseas, I was guided through the clearance steps one by one, patiently. I was very impressed with the dedication to what was a relatively small task, but EC&F's ability to make the complexities of the process easier to navigate was fantastic.

Called them this morning,Mr. Richard was extremely unprofessional and rude. His unique way of profiling a prospect included asking rudely are you importing for the first time" and Have you paid for the good.On asking his cost for customs clearance his reply" Call me when you have paid for the goods and when you have the paper work" this tells me how hopeless his attitude would be towards the customers.I am glad you behaved the way you did.
