Stephanie has been amazing from the minute I met her. The dogs absolutely love her, she was very quick to respond and flexible in organising our meet and greet at short notice. The app has been very useful and gives a full report of the walks.Have had no issues from her especially as my dogs are known to be quite difficult - she has handled them very well and grown quite the rapport with them.Highly professional and clearly loves animals! I cannot recommend this business enough, Steph cared for our 2 border collies before (walked, brushed, drove them to our venue etc), during (ensuring they’re looking for photos, feeding treats etc.) and after (dropping them back home) our wedding. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond! Our 2 collies were so well behaved and calm with her - absolutely sensational, best I’ve seen them behave. Great value for money too! Steph has given me the greatest service possible for my furbabies. She goes above and beyond to take care of them. I don't think I've ever seen my dog be more obsessed with anyone else. Professionalism, communication and just all around reassurance received from Steph gives me such peace of mind. We recently went away for 5 nights and had our two dogs cared for each day by Paws and Play. The cost is so affordable and service is second to none. Two years ago I hired Paws 'n' Play to dog sit my 5 & 1/2 month old puppy when I suddenly had to go to hospital. As you can imagine caring for a puppy is a challenge but Katrina and Jarryd did it with the care and attention I would have given my pup.I have also used them for dog walking for the last 2 years. My dog gets so excited when they arrive to walk him. He just loves Jarryd.I would highly recommend them. They are always on time, very communicative, friendly, trustworthy, accommodating of extra walk requests, and when they dog sit they leave my house as they found it. Most importantly my dog loves them.
