Western Diagnostic Pathology
Went by this morning to drop off a urine sample. Knocked on the door as the sign instructed to ask for a specimen jar and was immediately met with an aggressively hostile attitude from the collector for apparently trying to cut the queue. There was no patient with her at the time and one other person in the waiting room. Just a bizarrely unprofessional interaction with someone who is supposedly a healthcare worker - avoid coming here if you don't like being abused by clinic staff for following instructions.

The door and website state it opens at 7am. There was five of us still waiting there this morning for it to open at 7:18am, most us of gave up waiting and left. Most people lead busy lives and have places to be (like work), if that's you too, don't count on them opening on time.

Person there wasn't the warmest and friendliest in the world. But she was polite enough and very good at her job. I was in and out in mins and her drawing of blood samples was painless and quick. So I was super stoked about that.Biggest issue is finding the place. Its tucked in the corner of its location without any signage. So it took me a few attempts to find this location because when driving to this lab all the signage outside and near the carpark was for the Vet labs in that area.

Please don’t waste your time. It says 7 am as the opening time and I waited till 7.40 am and still no one was there. I eventually ended up leaving. I’d been waiting there since 7 am sharp with a couple of other people. It’s ridiculous, no value for other people’s time.
