I have been attending Fit n Firm Upper Ferntree Gully since the gym opened.There is easy parking and the gym is readily accessible and well equipped.The staff are friendly and welcoming and keen to assist with health and fitness. I have been having on going personal training which is improving my fitness greatly.I would highly recommend this gym.

Just joined and this has been an amazing experience the gym is fantastic friendly staff and great prices only had 1 session with cam and booked in another 10 can’t wait to smash some goals loving this gym

A small exercise/weight training centre with all the equipment I need for strength training. As a shift worker, I am able to utilise the 24/7 aspect and generally have the place to myself.

I cant highly recommend this gym enough, The customer service here went above and beyond. Peter and the team really looked after me, top notch equipment, qualified professionals and flexible hours to cater for my shift work, a intimate gym with soul. No wonder fit n firm gyms are popping up everywhere... thanks guys.

Totally ripping off!I Haven’t been to gym for months and been asking to stop taking money, but in return I got “we’ll take two more weeks” since you need to pay four weeks after you cancel while it was never mentioned on joining and even on signing the cancellation form.Totally disappointed!

Preety good set up, Outdoors area needs some loving. Please upgrade your cardio equipment as it is bulky & not smooth. Matrix is the way too go and would add a bit more wow factor! Strength equipment is great but, severely limited which i understand due to to gym floor constraints.Staff very friendly and welcoming!

Such an incredible gym, not only does it cater to everything I need but the staff are amazing! Never felt more comfortable in a gym. The team genuinely want what is best for you and are always there to try and help you achieve that. Their endless support has helped me to stay on track and keep a positive mindset throughout my time at Fit n Firm. So glad to be part of the family.

Multiple equipment items require maintenance, with handles missing and a lot of loose bolts. The 24/7 access is a great value though and staff are more than happy to set up good programs.
