Griffo's Automotive - Repco Authorised Car Service Taree

Took my Mazda in for a service today & they did a great job so I'm not sure why people vent their anger on here. Wouldn't it be better to go in and discuss the matter with Griffos. I can't complain as they dropped me back home & picked me up when the car was ready. Great work Todd, Steve & the boys.

Always easy to deal with, friendly staff, I had to drop my car off suddenly when my starter motor died, they were more then happy to receive my car and had it repaired very promptly and back to me quicker then I expected.Definitely recommend them.

TERRIBLE !Took my car in for a service and a weird noise it’s been making. Came out of the service being told the car was great and the tyres being unevenly worn was the cause of the sound but they rotated them and the noise shouldn’t be as loud anymore. WRONG, it was just as loud.I called in Adams mobile mechanics for a second opinion (whom is great by the way, highly recommended) and told him I recently had it serviced Adam looked over the car to see that my fluids were empty, my belt had a crack in it, underbody hadn’t been checked nor had my car been driven or they would have picked up on the wheel bearing that was worn and about to collapse.Not only did Griffos not do the work they claimed to have done on the invoice they tried to throw Adams mobile mechanics, the mechanic that did pick up the problem and fixed their mistakes under the bus by telling me his “over exaggerating the problem” and “his a mechanic just trying to get the work” and the “wheel bearing that collapses isn’t that bad”.Will never use again, Griffos is putting customers in danger.

Friendly customer service from the front desk as soon as you walk in. They are great at explaining what they are doing with your car and will be back again! PS. Love the door handle out the front

Good businesses look out for the customer to build their trust with the business so they will come back and recommend the business to others. The polar opposite of this place! Rang them, asked for info about what I could do to my perfectly good car cd player to stream spotify through it without purchasing a new one as it is old school & has no aux or Bluetooth. Was told that the the only realistic thing to do is buy new cd player & pay to get it put in and quoted at least 5 hours work at $150 per hour. Jumped online, did some research, spent $23.99 on a perfectly good Bluetooth FM transmitter that does exactly what I wanted it to - effectively! And it is even does hands free phone calls, bonus!

Hello,me and my Friend were stucked on the Highway and our Toyota hiace began to smoke and stuff like this. Due to this we were towed and someone brought us to a mechanic in Taree.( I Need to add the Information ,That we Are on a Roadtrip and we didnt want to lose a lot of Time and Need to know as fast as possible what happened with our car). The one mechanic we were brought to Said, That they can have a Look into the car in 3 days. That was way to much Time for us so we Needed to find an alternative. Luckily there was griffos automotive, because they Said they can have a Look on our car at the same day. Unfortunally they told us our complete Engine is destroyed, so the car is broken. We bought the Other day a new car and had to do a lot Stuff because we also sleep in this car.To change the Things (like fridge, solar pendal, bed…. ) we needed 2 days and like screwdriver and tools for repairs and they gave everything to us. So it was way more uncomplicated for us. I also want to add That we slepped 3 days at griffos and we used Their bathrooms and water and everyone There was so helpful and Kind to us.All in all i can really recommend griffos Automotive because the people There Are really Helpful and Kind and Are only interested That you get the Best Service and feel comfortable!!
